With this document, we want you to make the most of your vacation in Peru. Therefore, we recommend that you read carefully and follow the instructions of your sales representative.

ENIGMAS DEL PERU EIRL is considered one of the safest travel agencies in Peru.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully regarding your agreement with ENIGMAS DEL PERU EIRL. By booking a trip with ENIGMAS DEL PERU EIRL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which describe our Privacy Policy and more, including CANCELLATION AND CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Once your booking is confirmed, it will be valid for the date specified by us, and you may make inquiries about your trip within this period. ENIGMAS DEL PERU EIRL will be happy to answer your questions. Benefits are not available for international flights to or from Peru. If you wish to receive assistance with an international flight or a flight within Peru, you must pay for your ticket immediately and purchase it the same day or, if possible, the following day to ensure the validity of the offer, since prices vary from day to day.

Our prices do not include meals, personal expenses, personal insurance, or baggage transportation not included in the itinerary.

1. THE CONTRACT

The agreement is made between the client and ENIGMAS DEL PERU EIRL (also referred to as the Company) for those traveling or intending to travel on a tour operated by the organization. You, as the client, must have read and understood this travel policy. If you make a booking by phone, online, by email, or by fax using this link, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and our client with respect to the subject matter herein. They are binding. Apart from what is stated here, there is no other representation, warranty, prior agreement, service description, condition, or refund promise. The service will be provided for the tours specified in the booking confirmation.

2. SECURING YOUR BOOKING

To secure your booking, ENIGMAS DEL PERU EIRL requires a completed booking form (either on our website or the form you send with your offer) and payment of the required deposit. A good timeframe for making reservations is 30 days before your trip to Peru. Bookings will only be accepted and finalized as of the date we receive the deposit, at which time a contract will be formed. ENIGMAS DEL PERU EIRL reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion.

3. CLIENT INFORMATION

All identification details must be provided by the client within 30 days of the trip start date to confirm and secure the organization of your trip. Passport details include the passport number, a copy of the passport information page, and a medical certificate (if required), full name, date of birth, international flight details, nationality, emergency contact information, and possibly a mobile phone number.

4. FINAL PAYMENT / SURCHARGES

Clients must provide all personal data along with final payment before the tour begins.

Surcharges: To avoid additional charges during your trip, make your booking in advance and avoid last-minute hotel changes.

5. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

Canceling or changing a confirmed booking up to 30 days before the trip will incur an administrative fee of 100 soles per person. Any later changes will be considered a cancellation and charged accordingly.

If a client cannot travel within 20 days, the amount paid can be transferred to another suitable person for their booking or less than 35% of the payment will be refunded.

6. CHANGES

The company reserves the right to change any facilities, services, or prices described in the brochure or website. If such a change is made, the client will be informed as soon as possible. While the company will strive to operate all tours as advertised, reasonable changes to the itinerary may occur when deemed necessary or appropriate by the company due to external factors beyond its control.

If you have a complaint regarding your travel arrangements, it is a condition of your contract that you notify our local agent immediately. ENIGMAS DEL PERU EIRL cannot accept any responsibility if you do not make your complaint at that time or are denied the opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue later. If you have a dispute with ENIGMAS DEL PERU EIRL that cannot be resolved, please contact us in writing within 28 days of your return. We will investigate the matter further.

9. TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients booking with us. It should cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation costs, evacuation, trip cancellation, and trip curtailment. It is our policy to check the validity of your insurance, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any traveler whose insurance does not meet these criteria. If you decide not to purchase travel insurance, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that insurance was recommended but declined, and that you accept full responsibility for all additional costs, such as medical expenses, in case of an emergency.

10. MEDICAL FORM

For insurance purposes, all clients must complete the ENIGMAS DEL PERU EIRL medical form. If you have a medical condition, this form must be signed and dated by your physician and sent to us at least 15 days before your trip.

11. FINANCIAL SECURITY

ENIGMAS DEL PERU is a travel agency accredited by the Ministry of Tourism and registered as a legal entity with the Peruvian Tourism Office. ENIGMAS DEL PERU complies with current European standards for client money protection.

12. CLIENTS AND RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to accept the authority and decisions of the employees, tour guides, and agents of ENIGMAS DEL PERU EIRL during your vacation. You may be excluded from all or part of your trip if, in their judgment, your health or behavior before or after departure endangers the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of the trip.

Guests must carry their own identification documents and are responsible for having a valid passport, visa (if required), and any necessary vaccination certificates for the duration of the trip. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

13. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Bookings are accepted on the understanding that you are aware of the risks associated with adventure travel and that any visits, excursions, or expeditions included in our programs are undertaken at your own discretion. Even with maximum care, errors may still occur.

We are committed to providing the care and attention necessary to ensure your trip runs smoothly, and we will do our best to deliver the highest possible level of service.

We are not responsible for any force majeure events, weather conditions, or natural phenomena that may occur before or during your trip, nor for any unforeseen circumstances that may make your trip unpleasant, difficult, delayed, or prevented in any way. Additionally, we are not liable for failure to perform all or part of the promised services if affected by the above factors.

14. FLIGHTS / DELAYS

We cannot accept responsibility for cancellations or delays to your flights if caused by adverse weather conditions, rescheduling by the airline, air traffic control issues, mechanical failures, or industrial disputes.

Our company will make every effort to resolve your travel arrangements so that any disruptions are minimized and no one is unduly affected by flight delays.

The client must understand and accept that some problems cannot be resolved due to the nature of air travel delays.

15. CHILD POLICY

The maximum age for children in all programs is 11 years and 11 months unless otherwise stated. Children aged 12 and over are considered adults and charged the adult rate.

24. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS

All bookings made within 10 days prior to departure will be subject to a handling fee of S/100.00. This last-minute fee covers additional costs such as hotels, train tickets, bus company tickets, and operational expenses.
